About Be Bold Balloons
Party World's Be Bold Balloons was originally started in 1998, as a party rental store. Over the years, as we were listening to our customers and their many good requests and ideas, we started adding more offerings – paper products, party goods, costumes and costume accessories; and, of course, balloons! We have one of the only Certified Balloon Artists north of the Twin Cities! We take continuing education classes (yes, that is a thing!) to expand our knowledge and be able to provide all of the newest ideas and techniques out there!

After 19 years, we retired from the rental, costume and merchandise sides of the business to focus exclusively on balloons! We're excited to be able to fully concentrate our efforts on sharing smiles through balloons!

How far in advance should I book my Balloon Décor?
To ensure we can bring your balloon vision to life, we recommend booking your balloon décor at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for larger events like weddings, corporate functions, or holiday celebrations. This allows us ample time to customize your design, order specialty balloons if needed, and schedule your appointment. However, we understand that life happens, and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
